Terms of use

Effective October 19, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and CGHM Associates LLC (“we”), which operates SnuggleShelf.

1. Who can use it. You must be 18 or older. You're responsible for the shelf you create and the grown-ups you invite to it.
2. Estimates are estimates. Word counts and other numbers are approximate and for fun and motivation. They are not educational, medical or developmental assessments.
3. Your content. Your reading history is yours. You give us permission to store and display it so the app works for you and the people you share with.
4. Fair use. Don't misuse the service, try to access other families' shelves, or use it to harass anyone.
5. Family Plus. Recaps, keepsake images and share links are part of Family Plus, $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year per family (US dollars, plus any applicable tax). It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancel any time from Family → Family Plus → Manage or cancel; you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe. Logging and your history stay free whether or not you subscribe.
6. No warranty. We work hard to keep SnuggleShelf running and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
7. Changes. We may update these terms; if a change matters, we'll tell you in the app. Illinois law governs these terms.
